Middle / Senior level Associate to the project finance and infrastructure team in Almaty

We are looking for Mid and Senior level Associate to join our project

finance and infrastructure team in Astana.

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

- at least one year previous practical experience at an international or

major domestic law firm or as in-house legal counsel;

- Law degree with an outstanding academic record;

- Full professional proficiency in English (IELTS 6.5 or higher or its

equivalent);

- Genuine desire to learn new skills, to work hard and play hard;

- Self-discipline, the ability to work independently; self-motivation

and self-discipline; the ability to separate his/her work life and

personal life.

Functions:

Provide legal services to the foreign investors and Kazakh state

bodies on financial transactions and infrastructure projects,

including PPPs;

Meeting with government officials and clients

Conduct research and analysis of legal problems.
