Quality Assurance Engineer

RichBrains is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. We’re seeking a candidate with a strong sense of ownership, excellent collaboration skills, a solid understanding of QA processes, and a readiness to take initiative. In this role, you'll participate in testing activities, help identify and document issues, and work closely with the development team to ensure our applications meet high quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to ensure quality and functionality;

• Perform regression testing;

• Analyse business requirements;

• Prepare testing documentation and manage it in Testmo;

• Configure and manage test environments to support accurate testing outcomes.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as QA Engineer on commercial projects;

• Completed testing courses or/and bachelor's degree in technical education;

• Strong knowledge of software testing types, methodologies, and techniques;

• Experience working with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Testmo);

• Experience in API testing, Postman;

• English level proficiency at Upper-intermediate level to be able to communicate with a client;

• Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Would be an advantage:

• Hands-on experience in automation tests;

• Basic knowledge of JS, MySQL, Playwright will be an advantage;

• Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies.
