Marketing and Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement, with a focus on the education sector.
• Lead marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.
• Oversee content creation, branding, and messaging for consistency.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, and vendors.
• Track KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness.
• Oversee promotional materials, advertising, and public relations efforts.
• Manage the marketing budget efficiently.
• Lead sales initiatives and take ownership of the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing.
• Identify and pursue new client leads, business opportunities, and partnerships.
• Maintain and develop relationships with key clients and partners.
• Collaborate internally to ensure marketing and sales efforts are aligned.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance tracking using CRM or reporting tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven success in executing marketing and sales initiatives.
• Experience in education marketing or marketing educational programs is highly desirable.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, SEO, and content strategies.
• Experience with data-driven marketing and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Strategic problem-solving skills.
