Our expectations:

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, including: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and/or SecOps modules;
• Create business rules, UI actions, client scripts, script includes, and workflows;
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, etc.;
• Implement Service Portal components and enhance UI/UX using AngularJS and Jelly;
• Design and manage ServiceNow data schemas, tables, and CMDB structures;
• Participate in Agile sprints and provide estimations and task breakdowns;
• Handle platform upgrades and patches while ensuring system stability;
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers;
• English at Intermediate level or above.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of modern AI tools and experience using them in work.
