Finance Manager/Финансовый менеджер (Onsite)

What You Will Do (Job Responsibilities):

• Ensure compliance with the entities' statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements and stay up-to-date with the latest accounting standards.
• Analyze and present financial reports accurately, ensuring they are delivered promptly and communicate both monthly and annual financial statements.
• Review all financial plans and budgets, also oversee all financial, project/program, in addition grants accounting.
• Coordinate and lead the annual audit process.
• Monitor progress and changes, also inform senior management of the organization's financial status.
• Manage organizational cash flow, forecasting, and payroll functions across the regional offices.

To Thrive in This Role, You'll Need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Have a knowledge in Russian and International Finance Reporting Standard.
• Have a knowledge in 1C Accounting Software.
• Proficient in accounting principles and advance in Microsoft Excel.
• A meticulous, independent, and analytical.
• Having strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work from office.
• Business English - B1 - Intermediate
