Role Overview: This role is for an Analyst, a detail-oriented and analytical employee who will become an active member of the Sales Department. The candidate will be responsible for providing analytical support, ensuring data quality, and assisting in the development of reporting systems. The role requires close collaboration with various teams, as well as the ability to optimize and automate reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting: Collecting and interpreting data. Provide and update daily and ad-hoc reports to support the commercial department's operations.
- Data Quality Monitoring: Perform data checks and validation in systems such as SFDC, SAP, and 1C to ensure data integrity and reliability.
- BI Reporting: Develop and support reports in Power BI or other BI systems, optimizing report performance. Monitor and manage access permissions for BI tools.
- Sell-Out Process Support: Data entry and working with Cislink, Process control and maintaining data relevance, Interaction with suppliers.
- Support Channel Team: Supporting channel processes, including tracking KPIs, managing bonuses, and providing necessary information to the customer service team for documentation.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Analytical skills

- Proficiency in Power BI
- Advanced Microsoft office skill
