Supporting Partner in all secretarial and administrative matters in day-to-day routine.
Arranging external and internal meetings, conference-calls and Microsoft Teams-calls.
Assisting in arranging business trips and taxis in internal KPMG systems and providing support on the related issues to other staff, assisting with team-trips.
Preparing and organizing timely transfer of documents to Finance department and keeping an electronic documents register.
Assisting in department events organization.
Providing back-up to other Department Assistants to ensure the stability and continuity of the service.
Requirements:
Completed higher education.
Upper-Intermediate English (both oral and written), literate Russian.
Administrative experience from 2 years.
Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).
Telephone and business etiquette competence.
Excellent communication skills.
Effective time-management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks.
Proactive approach to problem solving.
Readiness to work overtimes.
