Customer support & Spare part service specialist

• Responsible for customer support & spare parts delivery for Uzbek operators, implementing process management requirements, achieving KPI targets, and improving customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for customer support & spare parts business process standard promotion and training, organize standard inspections and promote problem rectification.
• Responsible for tracking, promoting and closed-loop resolution of major customer support & spare parts issues.
• Responsible for spare parts services for quality maintenance projects, including spare parts inventory management, spare parts water level monitoring, spare parts borrowing and return tracking, spare parts return, spare parts scrapping & return management;
• Daily management of spare parts warehouse, including warehouse environment & compliance inspection, inventory counting, inventory shortage and surplus processing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or related field;
• Technical background in telecommunication is an advantage;
• At least 2 years of experience in customer support, spare parts management;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with internal teams and customers;
• Ability to conduct trainings, process audits, and compliance checks;
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Fluent in Uzbek, Russian, and English (spoken and written).
