Web3 Social Media Manager

The Mission

In Crypto Land agency is looking for a creative force with solid Web3 knowledge — someone who lives and breathes digital storytelling, knows their way around Web3 culture, and know how to navigate in fast-moving agency conditions.

You’ll lead our content creation, manage socials, run campaigns, and build bridges between communities and brands with our Client.

You'll also help manage client relationships, organize high-impact collaborations, and bring SocialFi strategies to life.

Missions

• Take ownership of social media strategy execution for ICL and selected clients, in collaboration with our Digital Strategist

• Create engaging content across formats (Videos, Articles, memes etc.) using tools like Canva and AI platforms (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.)

• Design and manage SocialFi campaigns (Galxe, Layer3, QuestN, etc.) and track community performance.

• Coordinate innovative collaborations with other Web3 projects & communities

• Work closely with clients and confidently lead relationships and communication

• Help to build out ICL’s digital department, laying foundations for future hires and growth

• Bring energy, initiative, and creativity to every conversation.

You Are

• A Web3 native (or deeply Web3-pilled), fluent in its culture, trends, and tools

• An experienced content creator with a portfolio, confident in using Canva and AI to create scroll-stopping posts

• Skilled in SocialFi, video editing, community engagement, and Discord activations

• A confident communicator, able to handle client relationships with clarity and authority

• A great writer (No AI for this!) with strong English skills — no fluff, no cringe

• Proactive, organized, and excited about the idea of building something from scratch

• Familiar with Web3 collab culture: raids, partnerships, growth loops, and community-led momentum

Разрабатывать и управлять кампаниями SocialFi (Galxe, Layer3, QuestN и т. д.) и отслеживать эффективность сообществ.

- Координация инновационного сотрудничества с другими проектами и сообществами Web3

- Работа в тесном контакте с клиентами и уверенное руководство отношениями и коммуникациями

- Помощь в формировании цифрового отдела ICL, закладывая основу для будущих наймов и роста

- Привносите энергию, инициативу и креативность в каждый разговор.

- Прирожденный пользователь Web3 (или глубоко погруженный в Web3), свободно ориентирующийся в его культуре, тенденциях и инструментах

- Опытный создатель контента с портфолио, уверенно использующий Canva и AI для создания постов, останавливающих прокрутку

- Навыки работы с SocialFi, видеомонтажа, вовлечения сообщества и активации Discord

- Уверенный коммуникатор
