​​Job Summary:​​

The ​Sales Manager for Research Institutions​ will drive the adoption of high-end Keysight and Rohde & Schwarz’s test & measurement solutions (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators etc.) in academic, government, and industrial research labs etc. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic account management, and the ability to align cutting-edge instrumentation with advanced research needs (e.g., 6G, quantum, aerospace, defense).

Your tasks:

  • Creating sustains valued relationship with customers while achieving annual business target.
  • Planning and executing account development initiatives to generate demand in the key account.
  • Consult with customers to understand their technical and business needs, delivering tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Building a clear picture of potential at the accounts to drive product development.

Your qualifications

  • Master or bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or related fields.
  • Proven sales performance.
  • Familiar with high-end test instruments (such as Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators etc.)
  • In-depth knowledge of Russia's research institute (mmWave, photonics, satellite, aerospace, defense etc.) test equipment market with solid client relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, teamwork, project management, and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to travel and be able to work under pressure.
  • Strong negotiation skills for complex contracts.
  • Good English or Chinese listening, speaking, reading, writing and presentation skills.
