System Administrator

About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable, on-demand System Administrator who can support us with tasks such as network configuration, VPN setup, and hardware troubleshooting. This role is ideal for a part-time specialist who can jump in when needed.
Good spoken English is required for smooth communication with the team.
Location: Minsk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and troubleshoot internal networks and VPNs.

• Set up and maintain hardware (servers, routers, workstations).

• Provide remote IT support as needed.

• Ensure secure and stable access to systems for remote users.

• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar.

• Solid knowledge of network protocols, VPN solutions, and hardware diagnostics.

• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to urgent requests.

• Good spoken English and clear communication skills.
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with remote IT support tools.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Scripting or automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, etc.).
