Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company's facilities and office premises. • Coordinate and supervise office maintenance, repairs, and renovations. • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to general office administration. • Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory. • Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and conferences. • Handle travel arrangements and accommodation for employees. • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees. • Manage and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers. • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace. • Assist in budget planning and expense management for general affairs activities.
