EYP Homeroom teacher – Kindergarten

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily activities and learning sessions in alignment with the IB Early Years Programme (EYP) philosophy and approaches

• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children

• Observe, document, and support each child's individual development

• Collaborate closely with parents and the teaching team

• Participate actively in school life, including events and community projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with young children (3 years and older)

• Fluent English (C1 level or higher) — required

• Russian language proficiency is a plus

• Degree in Education or relevant certification in Early Childhood Education

• Passion for working with children, a proactive and caring attitude

• Willingness to learn and grow within the international IB system
