• Collect requirements from internal stakeholders, prepare, and post job vacancies on various platforms
• Recruit candidates worldwide using a multicultural approach
• Screen resumes on job boards and actively search on platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Telegram channels, and forums
• Conduct online interviews utilizing effective negotiation skills and techniques
• Provide feedback to candidates and prepare offers for the successful ones
• Maintain and update the candidate database, fostering professional networking
• Conduct research to identify potential talent pools and analyze market trends
• Prepare all necessary information for candidates’ successful onboarding

• Proven experience of 4 years or more in a similar role with a clear understanding of the recruitment process
• Ability to find common language with candidates from different cultures and regions, experience in hiring candidates from LatAm region is desirable
• Proficiency in working with different sources and managing information efficiently for candidate sourcing
• Experience in hiring .Net and Python Engineers is a plus
• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
