English primary teacher

Rahimov School is hiring Primary School Teachers (English classes) for our branches in Lokomotiv and Ibn Sina!

Your responsibilities:

• Prepare and adapt lesson plans and learning materials
• Apply modern, interactive teaching methods
• Collaborate with teachers and participate in school events
• Maintain pedagogical records and reports
• Organize and supervise extracurricular activities (field trips, celebrations)
• Foster a healthy classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
• Prepare students for the transition to middle school

Candidate requirements:

- Higher education in pedagogy or related field

- Minimum of 5 years experience teaching in primary grades

- Proficiency in English (C1-C2 level)

- Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies

- Genuine love for children, empathy, and emotional resilience

- Strong communication skills with children and parents

- Flexibility, responsibility, and strong organizational skills

Preferred but not required:

• Experience working in private schools
• Knowledge of additional foreign languages
• Relevant certifications in education
