Role and Responsibilities:
- Analysis of customer information
- Preparation of disclosures in annual reports/ESG reports in accordance with GRI standards (global initiative, uniform reporting standards and recommendations disclosing non-financial performance indicators, part of the integrated reporting program)
- Analysis of corporate governance practices
- Analysis of compliance with management standards (COSO, International Standards of Internal Audit IIA)
- Preparation of PPT presentations
- Conducting interviews with clients.
To fill the role the candidate is expected to meet the following requirements:
- Completed university degree
- Up to 1 year internship/professional experience, ideally encompassing consulting and/or client-side GRCS experience
- Good knowledge of best practice sustainability standards and frameworks (such as the GRI Standards, SASB, TCFD, UNGC, SDGs, UNGPs, IFC PS, FTSE 4 Good, IIRC, etc.)
- Good understanding of current and emerging sustainability-related regulatory requirements (such as human rights due diligence, climate change risk management, etc)
- Fluent English, Uzbek, Russian
- Excellent communications skills across oral, written and slide deck formats
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to details
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask
- Good organizational and teamwork skills
