Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with flight arrangements and travel-related services, ensuring smooth booking experiences
Offer professional advice on travel options, including any necessary extras
Deliver exceptional customer service to both new and returning clients, aiming to build long-term customer relationships
Basic Requirements:
Proficiency in English
At least 3 month of relevant work experience in sales or call center. Strong communication and customer service skills
Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
Technical Requirements:
Processor: CPU with a benchmark score of 5000 or higher, or Intel i3 and above RAM: Minimum 8 GB
Headset: Preferably wired headset
Operating System: Windows 7 or higher, Ubuntu 16 or higher, or macOS 10.14 or higher Browser: Google Chrome (version 106 or above)
Network: Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (Wi-Fi or mobile data not recommended)
Camera: Web camera, preferably built-in
Available Shifts:
Night Shift: 20:00 – 04:00 Tashkent time (5 days a week)
Morning Shift: 06:00 - 14:00 Tashkent time
