Senior Content and Communications Manager

• Plan and deliver an effective blogging strategy and editorial plan to drive traffic, engagement and leads;

• Produce and publish content and copy for our website and other websites based on target audience’s preferences;

• Proofread and edit written content from external and internal contributors;

• Analyze published content performance, competitors’ content efforts, content marketing trends to provide insights for content strategy and tactics optimization;

• Generate content ideas for different channels, perform content experiments to increase traffic, engagement and conversion;

• Identify and create content partnerships with industry experts and influencers, pitch content to media platforms.

What we are looking for:

• Proven work experience in content marketing (4+ years). Portfolio demonstrating your experience;

• Excellent communication and writing skills in English. English level: C1 and over;

• Experience in delivering well-performing content based on target audience portrait;

• Experience in collaborating with external sources to produce high quality content;

• Hands-on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics, experience with Google Analytics, Semrush, Ahrefs;

• Project management skills and attention to detail.

If you have these, it will be a great advantage:

• Basic knowledge of HTML;

• Experience in building landing pages;

• Experience working with visual editors (e.g. Figma).
