The Role & Responsibilities
As a core member of the Growth team, you will serve as the strategic engine behind our product initiatives. You will take full ownership of the product lifecycle from a business perspective — identifying and validating market opportunities, defining and building solutions, and delivering measurable value.
You will be expected to translate high-level vision into detailed, actionable plans while rigorously analyzing product and market data to identify growth levers.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Full Lifecycle Product Ownership: Lead product initiatives end-to-end — from ideation and market opportunity sizing to launch and post-release analysis — fully aligned with our growth strategy.
- Growth Hacking & Opportunity Discovery: Move beyond traditional market research. Proactively analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify and validate new growth hacks and expansion opportunities.
- Advanced Business Modelling: Deconstruct and map complex business processes using formal modeling techniques such as BPMN and IDEF0 to ensure solid business foundations for technical solutions.
- Value Justification & Prioritization: Build strong business cases for every initiative. Quantify the expected value and impact of each feature to drive data-informed prioritization.
- Data-Driven Requirement Definition: Translate business needs into precise technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria — always tied to validated user needs and measurable business outcomes.
- Evidence-Based Roadmapping: Own and maintain a living product roadmap that continuously evolves based on performance data, user feedback, and market intelligence.
- Cross-Functional Supervision: Serve as the critical link between business, engineering, and design. Understand the technical build process to engage confidently with development teams and ensure delivery excellence.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Business Analysis with a proven track record of delivering successful software or mobile app products.
- Deep understanding of the complete product creation lifecycle.
- Strong, hands-on expertise in business process modeling (BPMN and/or IDEF0 is mandatory).
- Demonstrated ability to make data-and-evidence-driven decisions; clear examples of using data to identify growth factors, support decisions, and justify value.
- Solid technical understanding of how software and applications are built, enabling productive collaboration with engineering teams.
- Exceptional analytical skills combined with a “growth hacker” mindset — naturally curious, creative, and driven by numbers.
- Experience building business cases and financial models to support product initiatives.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum is expected, but your strongest skillset should lie in strategic product thinking and rigorous analysis.
