Research & Data Analyst

Our fast-growing tech company in the e-commerce logistics space is looking for a smart, proactive, and analytical Research & Data Analyst to support our leadership team with research, validation of work plans, and strategic prioritization.

Project manager with data analyse skills

Responsibilities:

* Conduct market research across various e-commerce-related domains (shipping, marketplaces, management platforms, service providers, and more).
* Gather, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
* Provide insights and recommendations to help prioritize projects and business initiatives.
* Assist in verifying and refining internal work plans and roadmaps.
* Work closely with company leadership to support informed decision-making.

Requirements:

* Strong analytical thinking and ability to quickly understand new domains.
* Proactive and independent work approach ("self-starter" and "big picture" thinker).
* Proven experience in research, data collection, and data analysis.
* Familiarity with e-commerce ecosystems — a plus.
* Strong English skills (working with global data sources).
* Ability to clearly communicate insights and findings.
