Volume reporting management – collect data from Trade team, consolidation into Power BI dashboards, analytics and share with relevant stakeholders;
NPI performance tracking and reporting – setting targets, deep dive analysis of the performance and presentation to relevant stakeholders;
Trade programs development and lead projects related to trade (retail). Trade coverage plan management – review, create a proposal and support Trade transformation agenda;
Calculation methodology & analytics for functional support, process automation.
Требования:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Route-to-Market (R2M) and Distribution Development;
Higher education in Economics, Business, or a related field;
Language proficiency: English – upper intermediate; Russian – fluent;
Experience in the development and execution of Trade Marketing & Distribution (TM&D) strategies;
Intermediate Power BI & Power Query, Advanced MS Excel, Basic MS PowerPoint;
Strong analytical skills, ability to develop models for calculation and forecasting;
Ability to identify key insights in large datasets;
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
