Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat in a professional and friendly manner
Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary
Collaborate with internal teams (dispatch, pharmacy, and logistics) to ensure accurate and timely service delivery
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system
Follow up on customer concerns to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction
Educate customers about services, policies, and procedures
Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements
Requirements:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Empathy, patience, and professionalism in dealing with customers
Fluency in English(IELTS 7 or above) and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
