Leading pharmaceutical company is seeking for a Partner to drive portfolio growth of CHC products
Responsibilities:
Drive the process of product innovations across categories to ensure BU multi-year leading growth
Work on product portfolio of the company and strategy planning for new products / TA’s / business according to global & local strategy, forecasting, forecasts alignment and update with marketing, medical and commercial teams
Project evaluations at high level, alignment within key stakeholders (local/global), approval, numbers elicitation and risk/value assessment at all stages
Target Product Profile initial definition.
Risk assessment and budgeting, financial scenarios modeling and boundary lines definition (“what if’s” analysis), escalation of top deviations to ensure clarity and consistency for execution decision-making.
Project NPV calculations and on-time reviews organization (NPV ownership) at all stages, the core project strategy control
Take part in local reporting events on strategic plan and pipeline value Impact.
Ensures clear communication amongst the project teams, therapeutic area strategy teams and departmental functions.
Monitoring of accepted global projects gates (at all stages) for timely local strategic plan inclusion.
Pipeline (RU and CA) management, support of CA in terms of new projects description, NPV calculations provision and pipeline inclusion.
Take part in projects prioritization process, definition and “candidates for exit” proposals Requirements:
At least 3 years of strong pharmaceutical background in Portfolio / Project Management, Strategic Marketing, Business Development with portfolio analysis elements.
Successful portfolio expertise with new projects involving and assessment, new registrations / launches cases.
Good understanding of pharmaceutical business processes, TA’s and local regulatory requirements.
Pronounced strategic vision, Innovative thinking.
Helicopter view on projects portfolios and programs, ability to prioritize.
Accuracy, high-level analytical skills, and data management
Well-established communication and stakeholder’s management capabilities
