The External Affairs Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting our Sustainability initiatives and executing key activities related to the charitable contributions strategy of PMK. This position requires a proactive and organized individual who can effectively manage various tasks within the External Affairs department, including contract initiation, processing, signing, issuing related purchase orders, and conducting payments.
Your day to day:
1. Sustainability Initiatives:
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support and advance sustainability projects.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sustainability strategies that align with PMK's goals.
• Monitor and report on the progress of sustainability initiatives
2. Charitable Contributions Strategy:
• Execute key activities related to PMK's charitable contributions strategy.
• Coordinate with charitable organizations and manage relationships to ensure effective contribution and impact.
• Track and report on charitable contributions and their outcomes
3. Contract Management:
• Initiate, process, and manage contracts within the External Affairs department.
• Ensure all contracts are reviewed, signed, and filed appropriately.
• Maintain accurate records of contract statuses and deadlines
4. Purchase Orders and Payments:
• Issue and manage purchase orders related to External Affairs activities.
• Conduct payments and ensure timely processing of financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate financial records and provide regular reports on expenditures.
Who we are looking for
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Sustainability, or a related field.
• Proven experience in external affairs, sustainability initiatives, or charitable contributions management.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
