LeverX (Emerline) seeks a Lead Generation Manager to represent, develop, and nurture our business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to leverage their experience at a global IT partner with an established client base and strong IT delivery capacity.
Requirements:
1–4 years of experience in IT outsourcing
Strong communication skills.
Upper-Intermediate level of English
Comfortable with LinkedIn, email outreach, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential leads and opportunities in the IT outsourcing space (web, mobile, AI/ML, DevOps, etc.).
Outreach via LinkedIn, emails and other platforms.
Constant collaborate with internal team.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing leads in the pipeline.
Track activities and deals in the CRM system.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
