Anteya is a technology-driven real estate company specializing in investment property selection in Bali. Our founders have over 9 years of experience in IT and real estate. We provide our employees with a steady stream of high-quality inbound leads, enabling them to work within a high-conversion system without cold calling.

About the Role
We are expanding our Bali real estate team and looking for motivated Frontline Sales Specialists. This is a fully remote, inbound-only position with no cold calling involved. Your primary responsibility will be to engage qualified inbound leads and secure Zoom meetings or in-person consultations with our senior property consultants.

Your Mission
As a Frontline Sales Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for prospective property buyers. Your role is to build rapport, establish trust in our company and property portfolio, provide initial consultations on Bali off-plan or ready-to-move projects, answer client inquiries, and drive appointment bookings with senior sales consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing inbound leads via calls and chats (CRM chats, messengers, and email).

  • Developing in-depth knowledge of our top Bali real estate developments, including key selling points, payment plans, and investment potential, to confidently address client questions.

  • Creating urgency and excitement to encourage clients to book Zoom or in-office consultations with senior sales advisors.

  • Promoting the benefits of property ownership and investment in Bali’s rapidly growing real estate market.

  • Maintaining and updating accurate records of all your leads in the CRM system.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Fast learners with strong communication skills, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset.

  • Fluent in English (C1+ level); additional languages are a plus.

  • Passionate about sales and eager to build a career in Bali’s real estate sector.

  • Experience with CRM systems, IP telephony, or in the real estate industry is a plus.

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales is preferred, especially in real estate is a plus.

What We Offer

  • Total monthly earnings of up to $1,600 based on performance.

  • Full paid training and ongoing mentorship to ensure your success. Training is fully paid upon successful completion of the first working month.

  • 100% inbound leads — no cold calling, no lead generation required.

  • Fully remote position with a structured 2/2 work schedule (12:00 – 24:00 Bali time).

  • Trial period: 1 month.
