Responsibilities:

-Create Compelling Job Descriptions.
-Design Effective Onboarding and Training Programs.
-Strategic Talent Management.
-Develop Employee Retention Strategies.
-Manage Compensation and Benefits.
-Streamline Event Planning and Scheduling
-Visa support
-Apartment registration for expats
-work permits for foreign teachers
-Agreements

Requirements:

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​1、Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
2、At least 3 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years of specialized experience in recruitment and employee relations.
3、Familiarity with labor laws and commercial regulations in Uzbekistan.
4、Strong communication skills, and conflict resolution capabilities, particularly in recruitment and employee relations.
5、Proficiency in Russian or Uzbek language, and possess good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in English or Chinese.
