As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team and help drive strategic financial decisions through data-driven insights.
Key Requirements for Financial Analyst:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required);
Additional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA are a plus.
Experience:
2–3 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or financial planning;
Experience working with cross-functional teams and a solid understanding of business operations.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, macros, modeling);
Hands-on experience with Power BI and Power Query (report building, data visualization, large dataset handling);
Experience with ERP or financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle);
Bonus: Knowledge of SQL, Python, Google Sheets, Tableau.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze financial statements (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet);
Skilled in forecasting, cost analysis, and financial modeling;
Ability to identify risks and propose optimization strategies.
Reporting & Communication:
Experience preparing and presenting reports to senior management;
Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
Attention to Detail:
High level of accuracy in working with financial data;
Ability to identify inconsistencies, trends, and anomalies in reports.
Financial Thinking:
Strong understanding of key financial KPIs and metrics;
Experience in budgeting, planning, and supporting financial strategy execution.
Soft Skills:
Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment;
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with different departments.
