Обязанности:
  • Awareness of Company’s Quality Policy.
  • Register of the incoming and outgoing documents and correspondence in the database and distribution to the person in charge.
  • Ensure that the distribution is carried out on basis of a distribution list.
  • Organisation, origination and pursuit of the project files and documentation (see PG 3301 to PG3303) for the contracted ILF Company in coordination with the project manager.
  • Adherence to mission statement (see PG1101), to IMS system and further company-specific documents.
  • Ensure documents submission to the client in a timely manner.
  • Sets up filing system that can be used by all unit staff members.
  • Give support in documentation issues like using the EDMS, preparing lists in Excel, etc.
  • Be aware of and obey the Company Quality rules and perform the activities required by relevant procedures on these issues.
  • Participate in IDC and Document Checks: Engage in Inter-Disciplinary Checks (IDC) and perform a final document quality check
  • Generate Document Control Reports: Produce detailed reports on document control activities for internal use or client review
  • Maintain project document management process at Company EDMS
  • Attend all the company-organised training courses when invited.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve the document control process, incorporating feedback from team members and lessons learned.
  • Any ad hoc tasks by Project Service Manager
Требования:
  • Good communication and social skills
    Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with fellow team members and customers.
    Exceptional organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills; strong team player.
    Ability to prioritize and attend to multiple assignments.
    Fluency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Power Point, Excel; Internet skills.
  • Education: Higher Education
    Language skills: English is advantageous
    Professional experience: minimum 5 years

  • Опыт регистрации, учета и архивации документов, умение организовать файловую систему и базы данных
  • Навыки участия в проверке и согласовании документов (IDC)
