Job Purpose:

Promotion of the business center through the implementation of a marketing strategy, organizing events and activities, launching advertising campaigns, and engaging with tenants.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of marketing campaigns: Creating and implementing strategies to promote the business center, attract new tenants, and retain existing ones.
  • Project management: Coordinating marketing projects with the involvement of advertising, media, and PR agencies, as well as interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creation of marketing content: Developing content for social media, the website, presentations, and other materials.
  • Effectiveness analysis: Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Tenant engagement: Maintaining and developing relationships with tenants, organizing business events and promotions aimed at increasing their involvement.
  • Launching the ADP Business Club project as part of the community marketing strategy.
  • Advertising activities: Ensuring the constant presence of the business center's brand in the market, enhancing its visibility among tenants and the target audience.
  • Reporting and planning: Preparing reports on the implementation of marketing plans and project tasks, regularly tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).

Related years of experience:

Min of: 5+ years of experience.

Field of experience

Experience in a similar position in a large business center, mixed-use complex, hotel, or shopping mall (TRC).

Technical and interpersonal skills

  • Experience with various marketing channels, including social media, online advertising, and offline events.
  • Copywriting skills and content creation for different platforms.
  • Creativity and initiative.
  • High level of communication skills - interacting with tenants, partners, and external agencies.
  • Experience in organizing and promoting events.
  • Proficiency in Russian, Kazakh, and English languages.
  • Proactivity and goal-oriented approach.

Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in marketing, communications, management or related discipline.
