Jira Administrator (Belgrade)

We’re growing and looking to bring clarity and structure to our internal processes by building a centralized task management and support system using Jira and Confluence.

Please note: this is a full-time, in-office role based in Belgrade.

What you’ll be doing (first 3 months):

• Run a process audit across all teams from marketing and logistics to IT and support
• Create a visual map of processes, find bottlenecks and duplicates
• Design the basic Jira architecture: projects, boards, workflows
• Set up roles, permissions, templates, and automations
• Launch pilot teams (logistics, content, support) into the new system
• Build reporting and integrations, train team members

✅ What we’re looking for:

• 2–3 years of experience as a Jira Administrator

• Hands-on experience setting up Jira from scratch across different departments

• Confidence in designing Jira structure: projects, workflows, boards, custom fields

• Solid knowledge of Jira Automation; Groovy or similar scripting is a plus

• Experience with Jira Service Management or building internal support systems in Jira

• Comfort working with Confluence as a knowledge base

• Familiarity with integrations: Slack, Google Workspace, GitHub/GitLab, BI tools

• A structured mindset: you know how to analyze, streamline, and fix broken flows

• English B1+ you’ll need it for documentation, and soon we’ll have English-speaking team members onboard
