Duties and functions:
  • Organization of office work
  • Transportation supplier`s management (timely pick up/drop off)
  • Submit order and issue out for office supplies
  • Administration of invoices and acts of goods acceptance (Tracking supplier`s invoices)
  • Administration of employee’s time sheets and submit to the system
  • Administration of flight and train tickets for employees
  • Types and proofreads formal letters, interoffice correspondence, and miscellaneous documents, composes correspondence and responses to inquiries independently.
  • Sets up and maintains department records and files.
  • Arranges travel schedules and reservations.
  • Monitors accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all critical business systems transactions.
  • Coordinates meetings and office communications.
  • Assists business and line managers with interpreting and administering HR policies and programs.
  • Keeps records employees leaves, monitors vacation schedules and their timeliness
  • Work Visa processes, reservations
  • Planning / events/ visits

Requirements:

- Language: Uzbek (fluent), Russian, English (fluent)

- Experience: 3 years minimum in administrative duties, HR and Visa experience will be plus and preferable.

- Education: University degree

- Residence: Tashkent

- Skills: MS office (basic, advanced preferable), Business English, 1C (preferable), SAP (preferable), Communication, Responsibilities, Scheduling tasks, Multitasking, Team Management and engagement, Suppliers relationship, Process oriented, Initiative, Objective driven
