Purpose of work:

Implementing development projects with high quality in accordance with the specifications determined by Qatar Charity and following up on everything related to the implementation of development projects about the work of activities related to the fields of development.

- Main works and tasks:

• Implementation of activities in accordance with the work plan and quality standards determined by Qatar Charity.
• Prepare high-quality and timely technical reports on development project activities and outputs and comply with deadlines.
• Contribute to the development of proposals with the preparation and verification of agendas and quantities related to intended interventions.
• Contribute to the preparation of quality standards and indicators for development projects and ensure the achievement of these standards.
• Effective coordination and communication with the competent government agencies to ensure quality and implement activities on time
• Coordinate closely with M&E staff to coordinate information collection.
• Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
• Preparing the weekly work plan for field activities in accordance with the work plan for the implementation of projects.
• Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports on the status of development projects

• Required Qualifications / Experience / Skills:

  - Basics:

• He/she holds a university degree with a bachelor's degree in social sciences preferably in business administration.
• Previous experience in voluntary organizations working in the field of humanitarian or holds training courses in humanitarian work or supervising the implementation of development projects
• Experience of at least 5 years in the field of implementation of development and relief projects
• Excellent skills in working on computer programs
• Knowledge and commitment to humanitarian standards.
• Knowledge of the work area.
• Proficiency in Russian and English Arabic is also an advantage.
• Ability to work under high work pressure.
