Qualification:
  • Master’s degree in Human Recourse Management / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Administration / Bachelors of accounts / Bachelor of English
  • Contract Management - Understanding of different types of employment contracts and implementing as per the needs of the organization as per the statutory requirements;
  • Training & Development- Managing employee training & development database, seeking trainings nominations, collecting pre-post training test, feedbacks and attendance;
  • Managing employee performance management system – Facilitating Goal setting/ final review for the appraisal process;
  • Ensuring 100% compliance with all statutory requirements and local rules and regulations with respect to human resources. Gather information on local practices, norms, and regulations to ensure compliance and integration;
  • Working on HR Management Systems to be complaint and managing/ maintaining correct employee data (mymehnat.uz / mygov.uz / 1C system);
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form, ensuring compliance with local record-keeping requirements;
  • Actively contribute to employee engagement & employee communication events;
  • Administering employee attendance records in system for payroll and employee leave management. Managing other HR administrative tasks;
  • Preparing the data for monthly HR Dashboard/ MIS report;
  • Knowledge of employee disciplinary actions to be complaint with the legal laws;
  • Employee separation management as per local labour law;
  • Representing the company in internal/ external audits and legal employment cases;
  • Working in other HR Projects/ Areas with Senior HR Manager/ HR team;
Additional skills:
  • Good Verbal & Written Communication skills in English, Russian & Uzbek Language;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR Data Management Systems (mymehnat.uz & soliq.uz & 1C)
Conditions:
  • Relocation to Samarkand / ideally candidate shall be citizen of Samarkand;
  • 6-1 / 40 hours a week.
  • Accommodation is by employer;
  • Staff number to be administrated - 350 employees.
