We’re seeking a hands-on financial professional who can manage our books, automate and streamline our accounting processes, and support strategic decision-making through forecasting and financial insights. This is a flexible, part-time role ( 5 hours per week, with potential to increase) ideal for someone who thrives in a remote work environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date books (QuickBooks)
Automate and improve current bookkeeping processes
Handle basic data entry and financial record management
Prepare regular financial reports (monthly/quarterly)
Run numbers and provide key insights for leadership
Support budgeting and cash flow forecasting
Qualifications
English at least C1
Proven experience in bookkeeping and/or CFO roles, especially in startups or service-based businesses
Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
Ability to automate and optimize financial systems
Strong analytical and forecasting skills
Excellent attention to detail and organization
Experience with SaaS or consulting businesses is a plus
