Job Description:

1 Responsible for Telecom communication engineering construction company sourcing, certification

2 Responsible for the engineering project delivery process of subcontractors management: including PO, settlement and payment, problem handling, etc.

3 Ensure the enough subcontractor teams resource for Project implementation

Skill requirements:

1 Language: Russian and English

2 Working experience: more than 3 years of supplier management experience, procurement bidding work experience is preferred

3 Nice to have Telecom Communication engineering background proficient in Excel
