What do we expect you to do?

  • Work in all HRIS systems (Oracle, 1C)
  • Collaborate with managers to update job descriptions across the company and implement a system for regular review and revision to descriptions
  • Participate in disciplinary, mediation and internal investigation commissions
  • Prepare HR reports for local bodies & head office HR
  • Prepare orders on personnel and unit activities in a timely and high-quality manner
  • Provide information support to department heads and employees on labor relations issues and the application of disciplinary sanctions;
  • Uphold & update staffing list, make changes to organizational structure upon major changes
  • Prepare and publish policies, procedures related to HR processes

What will you bring along?

  • Bachelor’s degree required;
  • Demonstrated initiative in determining new or modifying existing HR policies and procedures and effectively communicating them to staff;
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including editing skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to achieve goals and align interests through cooperation and collaboration with other groups and cross-functional teams, even where no direct reporting relationship exists
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive matters
  • Experience with employee relations
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs and/or other HRIS software preferred
  • English language fluency is a must
