Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and customer needs, shaping product development and messaging strategies.
Contribute to the development and refinement of product/solution positioning and unique selling propositions (USPs) to differentiate offerings in the market.
Provide sales and event support, equipping the sales team with necessary marketing materials.
Partner with development and product management teams to promote new product functionality and ensure alignment with market demands.
Demonstrate self-motivation and a focus on professional growth.
Key qualifications:
2 to 5 years of experience in product marketing within the IT or telecom sectors
Strong understanding of BSS solutions, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Charging, Billing, and Customer Experience
Proven ability to craft and deliver tailored marketing messages and content for diverse target audience segments
Proven experience collaborating with sales, presales, event marketing, R&D, and product management teams
Advanced proficiency in English or higher
