Background
LLC Mushoviron is a consultancy Company specializing in Islamic financial sector development and IT infrastructure development. The Company currently seeking a highly motivated Project Assistant to support Company projects in Uzbekistan. The role will involve organizing meetings, preparing presentations, and assisting in the implementation of Islamic finance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and support in organizing meetings, workshops, and events.
• Prepare presentations and reports related to Islamic finance.
• Provide logistical and administrative support to project teams.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including financial institutions and regulators.
• Conduct basic research on legislation and supervision on Islamic finance and market developments in Uzbekistan.
• Support project documentation and reporting.
Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in project coordination or administrative support.
• Basic understanding of Islamic finance products and principles.
• Interest in Islamic finance and willingness to develop expertise in this field.
• Fluency in Uzbek and Russian; English proficiency is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with financial institutions in Uzbekistan.
• Knowledge of banks or microfinance institutions system (desirable but not obligatory) .
• Experience working in the financial or consulting sector (desirable but not obligatory) .
