About OSH GROUP

We are a fast-growing company in the online entertainment industry, operating across multiple international markets. We’re currently scaling aggressively and are looking for an experienced Head of Media Buying to lead our user acquisition efforts and build a high-performing media buying team from the ground up.

This is a strategic role ideal for someone who combines deep operational expertise in paid traffic acquisition with a strong vision for growth, leadership, and market penetration—particularly across Tier-1 geographies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the overall paid acquisition strategy across multiple channels (ppc, fb, uac, aso, push, native, banner, etc.) with a focus on Tier-1 markets.

- Build, manage, and mentor a team of media buyers to execute campaigns at scale.

- Oversee high advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation across sources.

- Drive continuous testing and optimization of creatives, landing pages, and funnels (A/B and multivariate testing).

- Implement and maintain a robust tracking and attribution infrastructure (e.g., Keitaro, Voluum, MMPs).

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance across platforms, generating actionable insights.

- Collaborate closely with product, creative, and analytics teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

- Stay up to date with market trends, competitive intelligence, and new traffic opportunities.


What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience (3+ years) in a senior or lead media buying role, preferably in the online entertainment, gaming, or adult verticals.

- In-depth understanding of media buying for Tier-1 markets ( Canada, Germany, New Zealand, Italy, Finland, Norway etc.).

- Demonstrated ability to lead and scale paid traffic teams.

- Solid expertise in campaign tracking, data attribution, and analytics tools.

- Strong knowledge of traffic sources, including both mainstream and niche ad networks.

- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a strong advantage.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Fluency in English; Russian is a plus.
