Our internationally distributed team consists of top-tier gamedev professionals. We work remotely, and our hubs are located in the Netherlands, Cyprus, Armenia, UAE and Serbia.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute user acquisition strategies for mobile (iOS/Android), desktop (Steam), and console (PlayStation/Xbox) games

  • Plan and manage ad budgets, focusing on efficiency and performance across key KPIs

  • Launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, AppLovin, Unity Ads, TikTok, Reddit, X (Twitter), and more

  • Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, funnels, and offers — and use results to scale what works

  • Analyze campaign performance using BI tools and dashboards, extract insights, and drive continuous improvement

  • Set up and verify tracking and attribution via MMPs (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust)

  • Monitor competitor strategies, industry trends, and benchmarks — and turn insights into action

  • Experiment with new traffic sources, channels, and UA approaches

  • Bring fresh ideas and bold hypotheses to the table

  • Support new project launches from soft launch through global scale-up

What you need to succeed:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in User Acquisition for mobile, desktop, or console games

  • Deep knowledge of Meta and Google ad platforms and campaign optimization strategies

  • Practical experience with A/B testing, MMPs, and attribution models

  • Problem-solver with a sharp eye for detail and a growth mindset

  • Self-starter who can juggle multiple projects and stay focused on priorities

Nice to have:

  • Experience with retargeting strategies for mobile games
