What you’ll do:
Develop and execute user acquisition strategies for mobile (iOS/Android), desktop (Steam), and console (PlayStation/Xbox) games
Plan and manage ad budgets, focusing on efficiency and performance across key KPIs
Launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, AppLovin, Unity Ads, TikTok, Reddit, X (Twitter), and more
Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, funnels, and offers — and use results to scale what works
Analyze campaign performance using BI tools and dashboards, extract insights, and drive continuous improvement
Set up and verify tracking and attribution via MMPs (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust)
Monitor competitor strategies, industry trends, and benchmarks — and turn insights into action
Experiment with new traffic sources, channels, and UA approaches
Bring fresh ideas and bold hypotheses to the table
Support new project launches from soft launch through global scale-up
What you need to succeed:
3+ years of hands-on experience in User Acquisition for mobile, desktop, or console games
Deep knowledge of Meta and Google ad platforms and campaign optimization strategies
Practical experience with A/B testing, MMPs, and attribution models
Problem-solver with a sharp eye for detail and a growth mindset
Self-starter who can juggle multiple projects and stay focused on priorities
Nice to have:
Experience with retargeting strategies for mobile games
