About the position:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Category Manager to join our team and take charge of developing our premium kitchenware, tableware, and accessories category.

You will be a key player in shaping the product assortment — from sourcing and evaluating suppliers in China to developing unique products that meet the high standards of our brand and the expectations of our customers.

If you combine strategic thinking with strong attention to detail, are trend- and quality-oriented, and have previous experience in the premium segment — we’d love to meet you.

Main responsibilities:

  • Providing profitability of the product line;
  • Forming a value proposition of products, analyzing the characteristics of different countries and distribution channels;
  • Searching for OEM /ODM suppliers and evaluating risks/ benefits together with functional units;
  • Developing new products together with the R&D team and bringing it to production and to the market;
  • Calculating financial results for current and new products;
  • Predicting sales plans for EMEA and monitoring plan implementation;
  • Coordinating marketing and advertising initiatives for the products;
  • Ensuring compliance with the quality of products;
  • Forming system reporting in its direction (meeting deadlines, defects, revenue, execution of plans, etc.).

Qualification and skills:

  • 3+ years of the relevant product development experience
  • Marketing oriented, well developed product marketing skills
  • Highly organized and structured, good analytical skills, responsible, team player
  • Able to communicate equally with internal & external partners to gain commitment and support
  • Fluency in English
