- Driving business growth by analyzing community metrics and industry best practices to make data-driven creative decisions
- Conducting, using, and sharing both market and player base research to gain insights that inform strategic product and marketing decisions across the company
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders and other teams, such as Product, Publishing, UA, Business Development, PR, etc.
What we need from you:
- Five years of community management experience in the gaming industry
- At least two years of experience managing a team
- Fluency in English and Russian, exceptional writing and communication skills
- Proficiency using various social media platforms for community marketing purposes
- The ability to generate data-based creative content ideas that resonate with casual and mid-core mobile gamers
- The ability to work independently and without guidance
- A passion for mobile games and deep understanding of the casual player audience
- A portfolio of your successful community marketing campaigns would be a huge plus
What you'll like about us:
- Remote/hybrid options: you can work at one of our comfortable offices or remotely in Lithuania, Georgia, or Montenegro
- Professional growth: we offer English lessons with a tutor, pay for trips to professional conferences, and partially reimburse employees for education
- Flexibility: sometimes you just want to try something new. We get it, so we'll support you if you decide you want to switch to a new position, role, or project
- Teamwork: we value the expertise of every member of our team, so we really listen to each other
- Data-driven decision-making: all our product-related decisions are ultimately based on metrics, not subjective feelings
- Plus all the standard stuff: official employment, health insurance, and partial reimbursement for your gym membership
The recruitment process will consist of three phases: an interview with our Recruiter, a test task and a technical interview with our Head of Publishing.
