Руководитель группы поддержки бизнес приложений/SAP OTC Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead OTC Value Stream for SAP PIRT Europe Sustain. SAP PIRT is SAP installation for several European markets and Russia.
• Responsible for SAP PIRT Support engaging with Business, and other S&T teams.
• Provide ownership for Sustain operations for SAP PIRT, take on escalations, and ensure stability of operation.
• Lead problem management for OTC area and across integrated teams to prevent and reduce recurring incidents and improve performance.
• Own Integrations with common and legacy applications.
• Lead continuous improvement agenda.
• Provide governance checks for OTC stream: ensure that activities are done according to PepsiCo standards, govern that firefighter usage in OTC area, ITSM processes are being adhered to.

Requirements:

• 6+ years or more of relevant experience in SAP ECC, SAP S4/H technologies
• A University degree
• Functional and technical expertise in Order to Cash SAP ECC and/or S4/H
• Good knowledge of business applications support and delivery processes
• Knowledge of Business processes of CPG companies: especially Foods & Beverage in Order to Cash areas.
• Fluency in verbal and written English. Russian language skill is a must

Desired Skills

• Excellent understanding how SAP functions: architecture, data, interfaces, processes, reporting.
• Experience in implementation and support of Order to Cash processes
• Solid ITSM knowledge and experience. Service Now experience is a plus.
• Understanding project delivery methodologies ( waterfall and agile )
• Ability to drive Business engagement, comfortably and confidently.
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Strong collaboration skills to work in matrix multicultural environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Third-party Vendor management is a plus
