Key Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively (both written and verbal) with English-speaking clients (B2C and B2B)
Manage the full project lifecycle using ClickUp — from initiation to completion
Coordinate with clients to understand needs, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, sales, and scheduling
Maintain accurate client data and communication records in HubSpot

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle client objections confidently
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools and CRM systems
Proactive problem-solver with strong organizational and time-management skills
