Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry, and they are actively seeking an Office Manager to join their team in Yerevan.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Office Manager, Administrator, or in a similar role

  • Solid knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, fax machines) and software (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack)

  • Experience with office documentation (document flow management, archiving)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (fluency in Russian is required; English is a plus)

  • Highly organized, responsible, detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work under pressure and multitask

  • Ability to prioritize effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

What will you be doing?

  • Managing daily office operations (ordering stationery, lunches, and supplies; coordinating cleaning staff and other contractors)

  • Full-time, on-site position (5 days per week)

  • Welcoming and assisting office guests

  • Organizing meetings and appointments (preparing meeting rooms, refreshments, etc.)

  • Assisting the Administrative Manager with various tasks

  • Monitoring office equipment and arranging timely maintenance or repair

  • Ensuring cleanliness and order throughout the office

  • Coordinating with external vendors and suppliers, verifying and confirming invoices

  • Monitoring office lease terms

  • Managing monthly budgets and reporting (e.g., via JIRA)

  • Maintaining professional relationships and regular communication with the business center's management

  • Creating internal communications, identifying team needs, and maintaining a comfortable and well-organized office environment

  • Taking a proactive approach and implementing practical ideas to optimize the office space for team convenience
