Your key responsibilities:
- Attract and onboard new clients across all logistics verticals
- Analyze client needs and assess cargo potential
- Prepare and deliver tailored commercial proposals
- Lead negotiations and close contracts
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and tenders
- Maintain client data in CRM and report on performance
What we’re looking for:
- 3–4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding
- Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or above)
- Confident user of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive mindset with a focus on results
- Knowledge of multimodal transportation is a plus
