We’re building a bright new team for an exciting online betting and casino project — and we're looking for a Customer Support Operator who will become the voice of the brand for players across Latin America.
The role is fully remote, and the growth path to Team Lead is fast and real
What You’ll Do:
Communicate with users via online chat and email
Help with registration, login issues, bonuses, promotions, deposits, and withdrawals
Resolve customer queries in line with internal quality standards
Escalate bugs and complex cases to the technical support team
✅ You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
At least 6 months of experience in a support/customer care role
English level Intermediate or higher
Basic understanding of betting/casino platforms (bonuses, deposits, cashouts, etc.)
Strong attention to detail, customer-first mindset, and ability to multitask
Confidence in navigating interfaces, guidelines, and internal tools
The ability to handle chats clearly, quickly, and with empathy
Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends
➕ Bonus Points For:
Knowledge of Spanish and/or Brazilian Portuguese
