HumanLab is looking for an Account Manager to join the client’s team. The project is a large company specializing in cryptocurrency advertising, based in Tallinn, Estonia.
Team: 3 Account Managers and Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling incoming inquiries via the website and assisting potential clients in launching campaigns;
- Engaging with major clients, developing media plans and proposals;
- Supporting clients in setting up, analyzing, and optimizing their advertising campaigns;
- Searching for potential advertisers, identifying and collecting contacts of decision-makers and marketing teams to propose advertising campaigns;
- Working with CRM by creating and maintaining a database, tracking all interactions with potential clients, and updating relevant information;
- Collaborating with the sales team and technical department to ensure seamless operations and campaign success;
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or account management;
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly, actively listen, and adapt messages to different audiences;
- Proficiency in working with data, including analyzing, interpreting, and managing large volumes of information using appropriate tools;
- Adaptability and the ability to quickly adjust to new situations, technologies, and methodologies;
- Excellent time management skills for prioritizing, organizing, and meeting deadlines effectively;
- Fluent English (C1);
Self-learning ability with the capacity to acquire new knowledge independently and grow professionally;
