Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews with stakeholders to identify and formalize business requirements, objectives, and KPIs;
• Analyze customers’ problem areas and propose optimal technical solutions;
• Break down high-level goals into specific functional and non-functional requirements;
• Create clear, unambiguous, and comprehensive requirements, user stories, and process diagrams;
• Design system interfaces, data schemas, and integration flows (e.g., microservices, event-driven architectures);
• Develop technical specifications aligned with architectural constraints and the chosen technology stack;
• Collaborate with the development team to prioritize the product/project backlog;
• Track requirements implementation, validate completed features, and manage changes;
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders by explaining business context and technical limitations;
• Ensure developers fully understand requirements and technical nuances through close collaboration;
• Participate in solution design, complexity estimation, and identification of technical risks and dependencies;
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for refactoring/optimization in the product;
• Propose and advocate for UX/UI improvements to enhance user experience and system performance;
• Contribute to optimizing requirements gathering, development, and testing processes;
• Analyze product metrics, testing results, and analytics data to inform product development;
• Streamline internal reporting to improve transparency and decision-making speed;
• Define integration requirements for external systems (CRM, ERP, payment gateways, etc.);
• Design data exchange schemas and service interactions in complex architectures.

What We Expect From You:

• UX/UI Knowledge;
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) or analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Amplitude);
• Knowledge of industries such as FinTech, E-commerce, Healthcare, etc.;
• English proficiency at C1 level.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
